A Sunday afternoon series presented by The Cinema Society of Kingston. Series curator Stephen Lee Naish will introduce each film.
In the early 2000s and onwards, a wave of young filmmakers turned handheld cameras on their friendships, their relationships, and the awkward moments in between and created a unique movement in American independent film which was termed Mumblecore. Expect small budgets and big feelings!
About The Curator:
Stephen Lee Naish is a British/Canadian writer and author of numerous books on film, politics, and pop culture. His writing has appeared in
