Dr. Jekyll & Sister Hyde (1971)

Part of the series <a href="https://www.screeningroomkingston.com/the-doctor-is-in">The Doctor Is In: An Exploration of Medical Horror</a>, presented by <a href="https://www.museumofhealthcare.ca/">The Canadian Museum of Health Care</a> and <a href="https://www.screeningroomkingston.com/csok">The Cinema Society of Kingston</a>. To round-off the 'Medical Horror' series, Rowena McGowan of the Canadian Museum of Health Care and Dr. Dan Vena of Queen's Film & Media shall be giving this special introductory lecture on Roy Ward Baker's cult classic, complete with a presentation of unique items from the Museum's collection! In the film, Dr. Henry Jekyll (Ralph Bates) creates a life-extending serum from female hormones with the added side effect of occasionally transforming him into a beautiful, but murderous, woman (Martine Beswick).
